Please be advised that it will be non-refundable once it is redeemed.
Please email us the voucher number with students name and date of birth whenever its available.
To allow us to meet any special needs of your child, please advise us of any medical condition, food allergy or disability.
課程報名 Course Enrolment :

1-1. 學生須提交已簽名的報名表與申請表,方可完成報名手續。 Students must submit a signed enrolment and application form to complete registration.

1-2. 每班名額有限,學校將以先到先得的方式受理報名。 Places are limited. Enrolments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

1-3. 原有學生原班續報,無需重填報名表。若需調整上課時間,請填寫課程異動通知。No form is needed if continuing in the same class. To request a change of class or time, please complete: https://www.sydneychinese.org.au/alterenrolment

1-4. 若報名資料有問題,學校將聯繫家長;若無問題,將發送報名確認通知。If there is an issue with your enrolment, the school will contact you. Otherwise, a confirmation will be sent.

課堂規範 Classroom Conduct:

2-1. 學生需準時到課,尊重老師,並按時完成作業。 Students must arrive on time, respect teachers, and complete all homework on time.

2-2. 課程進行期間,學生不得擅自離開校區。 Students must not leave the school premises during class time.

2-3. 請愛護校內設備與資源(包括電腦、書籍、桌椅等),並於使用後歸位。 Students must respect school facilities and resources (including computers, books, tables, and chairs), and return all items after use.

2-4. 請保持教室與洗手間整潔,垃圾請丟入垃圾桶。 Keep classrooms and toilets clean. Rubbish must be placed in bins.

2-5. 請勿攜帶貴重或危險物品至學校。 Valuable or dangerous items must not be brought to school.

2-6. 若學生擾亂課堂秩序或影響他人學習,學校有權採取適當處置措施。 The school reserves the right to take disciplinary action if a student disrupts the class or impacts others' learning.

2-7. 若孩子身體不適,請留在家中休息。實體課缺課最多補課兩次,請聯絡客服安排。 If your child is unwell, please keep them at home. For in-person classes, up to two make-up sessions per term may be arranged. Please contact admin.

2-8. 請為孩子準備個人文具、水瓶與課間點心。為保護過敏學生,本校禁止攜帶堅果類食物,且不允許學生分享食物。 Please pack personal stationery, a water bottle, and a snack. To protect students with allergies, nuts are not allowed and food must not be shared.

2-9. 開學第一週老師將評估學生程度,如需班級調整,學校會另行通知家長。如欲與授課老師面談,請聯絡客服預約。 In week 1, teachers will assess student levels. Parents will be notified if class change is needed. To meet with a teacher, please contact admin to book an appointment.

2-10. 若需他人代接學生,請事先通知學校並獲得確認,代接者須出示證件以便識別。 If someone else is picking up your child, please notify the school in advance and ensure the person brings ID for verification.

2-11. 若家長遲接超過5分鐘,學校將收取每分鐘$2澳元的管理費作為教師加班津貼,或視情況將學生轉送OOSH/BAASC,由家長自費處理。Late pick-up fee of $2 AUD per minute applies after 5 minutes of the class dismissal. If necessary, the student may be transferred to OOSH/BAASC at the parent's expense.

學費與繳費 Invoices & Payments:

3-1. 學費發票將以電子郵件方式寄送;如需紙本發票,請提前通知學校。 Invoices will be sent via email. If a printed copy is required, please notify the school in advance.

3-2. 第一張學費發票將與報名確認一併寄出。 The first invoice will be issued along with the enrolment confirmation.

3-4. 若以現金繳費,請將費用放入信封,並標明學生姓名與出生年月日。 For cash payments, please place the money in an envelope clearly labelled with the student’s name and date of birth.

補課與取消 Make-Up Lessons & Cancellations:

4.1 適用於團體課程 For Group Classes

4-1-1. 實體課程:學校將視情況安排隨班補課或個別補課。In-person classes: The school may arrange catch-up lessons with another class or offer individual make-up options where appropriate.

4-1-2. 線上課程:將提供課程錄影連結供學生補課參考。 Online classes: A recording link will be provided for student to review the missed class.

4-1-3. 每位學生每學期最多安排兩次補課。 Each student is entitled to a maximum of two make-up lessons per term.

4-1-4. 若預期超過兩次請假,須於開課前提出申請,並經學校核准。 If more than two absences are expected, a request must be submitted before the term begins and approved by the school.

4-1-5. 補課須於當學期內完成;若缺課發生於學期最後兩週,得延至下學期補課。 All make-up classes must be completed within the same term. Absences in the final two weeks of term may be made up in the following term.

4-1-6. 若學生無法配合安排補課時間,恕不提供學費抵用或退費。 If a student is unable to attend the scheduled make-up session, no refund or credit will be given.

4-1-7. 若因教師生病、緊急事件或場地問題導致停課,學校將安排補課或提供學費抵用。 If a class is cancelled due to teacher illness, emergencies, or venue issues, the school will offer a make-up session or provide a credit.

4.2 適用於私人課程 For Private Classes
4-2-1. 私人課程須預約至少10小時,並於三個月內完成。 A minimum of 10 hours must be booked and completed within 3 months.

4-2-2. 課程一經開始,學費恕不退還;開課前取消者,將酌收20%行政手續費。 Tuition is non-refundable once the course has commenced. Cancellation before the course starts will incur a 20% administration fee.

4-2-3. 私課將依報名時約定之固定時間與日期上課。 Private lessons will be held at a fixed time and day as agreed at enrolment.

4-2-4. 若需改期,請至少提前48小時提出申請,並透過 Google Classroom 確認新時間。 To reschedule a lesson, at least 48 hours’ notice is required. The new time must be confirmed via Google Classroom.

4-2-5. 未依規定請假或補課當日未出席者,該堂課視為放棄,恕不補課、亦不退款。Failure to give proper notice or attend the scheduled lesson will result in forfeiture of that session without refund or make-up.

4-2-6. 補課原則上將以線上方式進行。 Make-up lessons will be held online where possible.

4-2-7. 若教師因故無法授課,將另行安排補課。 If the teacher is unavailable due to illness or emergency, a make-up session will be arranged.

候補名單 Waiting List :

5-1. 若班級額滿,學生將列入候補名單。 If a class is full, students will be placed on the waiting list.

5-2. 原有學生與其兄弟姊妹將享有候補優先權。 Returning students and their siblings will be given priority placement on the waiting list.

家長陪同 Parent Supervision:

6-1. 幼兒親子班須由一位家長或監護人陪同上課。 In the Early Years Family Program, each child must be accompanied by one parent or guardian during class.

6-2. 其他課程期間,請家長與兄弟姊妹於課堂外等候,避免干擾上課進行。 For all other classes, parents and siblings are kindly asked to wait outside the classroom to avoid disruptions.

攝影授權 Photography Permission:

7-1. 本校可於教學或活動期間拍攝學生照片,用於校內教材、宣傳刊物或網站。The school may take photos of students during lessons or events for use in internal materials, promotional publications, or on the school website.

7-2. 為保障著作權,僅限授權人員拍攝。To protect copyright, only authorised staff are permitted to take photographs.

7-3. 攝影同意為報名表之一部分;若不希望使用孩子照片,請於報名時註明。Photo permission is included in the enrolment form. If you do not wish your child’s photo to be used, please indicate this clearly on the form.

隱私聲明 Privacy Statement :

8-1. 本校遵循《澳洲個人隱私法》規範,尊重並保護學生個資。 Sydney Northwest Chinese School respects your privacy and complies with the Australian National Privacy Act.

8-2. 所蒐集之個人資料僅限校內行政使用,不作其他用途。 Personal information collected will be used solely for internal administrative purposes.

健康與過敏告知 Health & Allergy Disclosure:

9-1. 若學生有任何健康問題或過敏史,請家長事先通知學校,以利妥善照顧與應對。 If your child has any medical condition or allergy, please notify the school in advance so appropriate care and response can be arranged.

校區安排說明 Campus Arrangements :

10-1. 各校區的開課日期、集合及放學地點,將依據實際報名情況於開課前另行通知。 Start dates, pickup, and drop-off procedures may vary by campus and will be confirmed prior to the start of term based on enrolment numbers.

公布於Classroom 私教班:

更換老師權利:學校保有更換老師之權利,如有異動,將於上課前由新任老師於 Google Classroom 發布通知。

Teacher Changes: The school reserves the right to assign a different teacher. If this happens, the new teacher will notify students via Google Classroom before the new teacher’s first class.

請假通知:學生須於課前至少 48 小時通知授課老師。
Absence Notice: Students must notify the teacher at least 48 hours in advance.

未請假缺席:老師將等候 20 分鐘後下線,課程不予延長。
No-Show Without Notice: The teacher will wait for 20 minutes, then leave. The session will not be extended.

補課安排:補課時間由老師透過 Google Classroom 與學生協調,並須於該期課程結束前完成。
Make-Up Scheduling: Make-up times are arranged via Google Classroom and must be completed within the same term.

彈性與確認:補課時間可彈性安排,但一經雙方於 Google Classroom 確認,不得再更改。
Flexibility & Confirmation: Make-up times are flexible but once confirmed via Google Classroom, they cannot be changed.

未出席補課:若學生未出席已確認之補課,視為放棄,恕不再另行安排。
Missed Make-Up: If a student misses the confirmed make-up session, it will be considered forfeited, and no further make-up will be arranged.
